Jailer Andres Trujilo (farmer) is totally committed to his farm producing some amazingly unique naturally processed coffees with extraordinary profiles.
With his wife and two sons, they do all the work on the farm from handpicking each ripened cherry to ensure high quality to processing coffee at their mill.
The region of Tolima is one of the most isolated coffee producing regions in Colombia located in Central Colombian Andes. The world’s best coffees are grown in these volcanic areas at altitudes of between 1600-2000 MASL.
