Giving fresh and citrus notes of guava, red apple and heather honey.

From the Nyamasheke district in Rwanda, comes this fresh tasting honey processed lot. The high elevation of Kilimbi nurtures a better environment for producing exceptional honey lots. The coffee retains almost all of the mucilage, and is then dried between 12 pm and 3 pm ensuring maximum exposure to the sun for several days. This unique honey processing technique gives the Kilimbi honey lot its unique flavor notes, and provides a plesant medium body and juicy citrus acidity.

At Cannon, our efforts go towards paying more to the hardest working people in the coffee industry. The farmers.

Our suppliers work alongside Muraho Trading Co which works with co-operatives to improve production, receive a higher price for their coffee, and introduce them to new lucrative markets. This will be a continuous work in progress as our suppliers work with challenges Rwandan coffee producers face.
