What could be more Christmassy than a Gingerbread syrup, 4 different coffees, plenty of variations to play with.  More Christmassy than a bloke with a red coat and white beard we'd say ...  

Within our Christmas coffee taster pack we've added a 100ml William Fox Gingerbread syrup. William Fox coffee syrups deliver a more premium taste and selection of ingredients compared to most popular brands. Whilst most coffee syrups have eye catching colours from artificial sources, William Fox syrups use far more natural ingredients, so whilst not a visually striking package, the taste more than makes up for it.

But the main event is the coffee.  We chuck in 4 of our best coffees (150g each - which is about 10 cups a bag).  All we ask is that you try the coffee WITHOUT the syrup first - each coffee deserves to stand alone before its smothered in gingerbread!  Coffee is for life not just for Christmas.  When you do use the syrup - go easy, Tiger!  These syrups are super powerful and you do not need much to push all your coffee taste to the background whilst you get nothing more than a mouthful of sweet gingerbread.  You're looking for a background afternote of the gingerbread to COMPLEMENT the coffee - not overwhelm it.

The usual pack: 

The Christmas Blend - Tasting notes: Delightful, fruity and warming blend. Cinnamon, chocolate and spice afternotes. Low acidity.  This blend is also available on its own in our Christmas Taster pack.

The Gunpowder Blend - This is our signature blend and has tasting notes of caramel, coconut and with berry afternotes.  It is an intense but smooth coffee which is well balanced which by that we mean low acidity, low bitterness and lots of nuanced flavours.

Brazil Fazenda Mio Single Origin - Tasting notes: Wonderful flavours of milk Chocolate praline, smooth caramel and sweet tangerine. Smooth bodied, with a perfect balance of body and acidity to leave you with a sweet, pleasant mouthfeel.

Uganda Mount Elgon Single Origin - Tasting notes: Light body with medium acidity, and an exceptional sweetness. Strong notes of strawberry jam on toast. Our favourite single origin if we're honest.
