🌍 Overview
Say hello to the bean that’s had a glow-up. 100% peaberry, 100% smooth. Grown at Brazil’s award-winning Mió Fazenda and roasted in small batches in Surrey, this coffee is a rare treat that’s as easy to love as it is to brew.
🌱 Why Peaberry?
Unlike regular beans, peaberries are solo acts – just one round bean per cherry. That gives you more even roasting, a rounder body, and surprisingly sweet clarity in the cup. Kind of like finding a four-leaf clover, but in your mug.
🏡 Perfect For:
If you're brewing with a Sage, V60, Moccamaster or Aeropress – you're golden. Its low density makes grinding a breeze, and the flavour plays nice with milk or stands up solo.

Some more details.....
A spectacular natural processed lot. A perfect balance of body and acidity to leave you with a sweet, pleasant mouthfeel. Tasting notes of Maple Syrup and Candied Orange.
Find out about why and how "peaberry" coffee beans exist in our explanation of the peaberry coffee bean. But basically - rather than 2 halves or beans - peaberry beans are round, or .. er .. pea-shaped!! The fact they are round means that they tend to roast more evenly (one side isn't flat as normal coffee beans are) - and because they roast more evenly, the result is a cleaner, brighter taste. Spare a thought, however, for the person who's job it is to extract all those pea-shaped beans from the rest - that isn't a job for someone with a low attention span! At the end of the day, peaberry beans roast differently and express a different flavour profile than the normal beans even if grown on the same coffee bush!

Tried Cannon after searching on maps for a local coffee roaster. First order was their Brazil Mio Peaberry medium dark and from first pull it was an obvious step up from other beans I'd been using recently (and they were not bad by any means). Will continue to work my way through their selection but imagine I will regularly return to the Peaberry.

Popped in for some beans, recieved top class welcoming service and left with brilliant coffee. Took home the Brazil Mio PB (after trying it on espresso onsite) and Uganda Mt Elgon to try at home. As soon as i got back I made myself a moka pot and yes - the Ugandan has also been roasted beautifully. Will definitely be back soon. Nice one ☝🏼
