At Cannon Coffee we strive to be authentic in everything we do.

By authentic we mean that we're passionate about coffee, we care about how we roast coffee, and we care about which coffee we want to roast.

We do that so you don't have to. All our coffees have been sourced responsibly; they have been roasted to highlight their best attributes; and they are sent out into the world in packaging that can be composted.

We think that is worth doing.
