Count down to Christmas with 24 days of freshly roasted speciality coffee, packed into individual single-serve drip filter bags and ready to brew straight into your favourite mug.

No coffee machine. No grinder. No cafetière. Just great coffee and hot water.

And importantly — these aren't coffee teabags.

Each coffee comes in a proper drip filter bag that opens over your mug, allowing you to brew it using the same basic principle as a pour-over coffee. Hot water passes through freshly ground coffee and a paper filter, producing a clean, full-flavoured cup.

We chose drip filters for a simple reason: the coffee tastes dramatically better.

Behind each day you'll discover a different coffee selected and roasted by us at Cannon Coffee.

Expect a mixture of single-origin coffees, Cannon favourites, seasonal selections and a few Christmas surprises, taking you through different origins, processes and flavour profiles as Christmas gets closer.

We won't reveal every coffee in advance. Discovering what's behind tomorrow's number is part of the fun.

Not a coffee teabag.

If you've tried coffee bags that work like teabags before, don't judge these by the same experience.

Our coffees use drip filter bags, sometimes called single-serve pour-over filters.

Open the pouch, tear the top from the filter, unfold the little arms over your mug and slowly pour hot water through the freshly ground coffee.

The water passes through the coffee rather than leaving the grounds sitting in water like a teabag.

The result is a cleaner, fresher and much more enjoyable cup — and it means we can showcase genuinely great speciality coffees without asking you to own any brewing equipment.

How to brew

1. Open
Tear open your numbered pouch and remove the drip filter.

2. Place
Tear along the top of the filter and unfold the arms over your mug.

3. Pour
Slowly pour hot water over the coffee, allowing it to drip through between pours.

4. Enjoy
Remove the filter and discover today's coffee.

No machine, grinder or specialist equipment required.

We've designed our 2026 Coffee Advent Calendar to make genuinely good coffee accessible to anyone.

There's no need to know someone's grind preference, whether they own a V60 or what espresso machine they use.

We're an independent speciality coffee roastery in Surrey, and the coffees in your advent calendar are roasted by us.

Rather than producing the calendars months in advance and leaving the coffee sitting around waiting for December, we'll roast and pack the coffees for our production run ahead of dispatch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these coffee teabags?

No. Our coffees are packed in single-serve drip filters, rather than bags that you dunk or steep in a mug.

The filter sits above your cup and hot water is poured through freshly ground coffee, much like a traditional pour-over. We think it produces a dramatically better cup of coffee.

Do I need a coffee machine?

No. All you need is a mug and a kettle.

Is every day a different coffee?

Yes. We've selected 24 coffees and variations for you to discover throughout December, including single origins, Cannon favourites and seasonal selections.

How much coffee is in each day?

Each drip filter contains 13g of freshly ground coffee, giving you one full cup.

Is the coffee already ground?

Yes. Every coffee is ground specifically for the drip filter and individually packed, so there's nothing for you to measure or prepare.

Is it suitable as a gift?

Absolutely. The calendar has been designed as a complete Christmas gift and doesn't require the recipient to own any specialist coffee equipment.

When will my advent calendar be dispatched?

The 2026 calendars will be freshly roasted, packed and dispatched during November, ready for the countdown to begin on 1st December.

How many are available?

Our 2026 production run is limited to 1,000 calendars. Once the run has sold out, we won't produce additional calendars for this Christmas.
