From the sourcing of our coffees, through the roasting of the beans, to the packaging we use to ship our products, every aspect of the Cannon coffee process is dedicated to reducing our environmental impact. We strive to be as environmentally conscious and socially responsible as possible.
Whether the beans be Brazilian, Ugandan, Colombian, Rwandan, or any number of origins, each of our coffees have unique stories, different flavours and taste profiles and suggested brew methods. We support the farmers to ensure that the coffee we offer is of the highest quality but also ethically sourced.
As we discover more and more Single Origin varietals, you'll see them, appear in our store. Single Origins are like single malt whiskeys - each one has a nuanced and subtle character trhat is fun to try. However we are not averse to blending certain types and so you might want to start off with a Taster Pack. This has a combination of our signature Gunpowder Blend, which is great for those early, and not so early, morning starts. In that Taster pack is also our Armada blend - which is medium roast blend that begins to tell a sweeter, full-bodied coffee. Finally the Taster pack has our Uganda single origin as a gentle intro to the Single Origins and the story they can tell.
