The Aeropress is a small but mighty bit of coffee brewing equipment that creates a cleaner, brighter cup of coffee.  The reason for that is that it uses pressure to extract the flavour from the grinds and thus is quicker than simple filter or cafetiere brewing methods.  It therefore reduces the acidity, and possible bitterness that may come from those other methods occaisionally.
