This is Brazil Fazenda Mió — just without the kit.
Our Brew Bags are filled with freshly roasted Fazenda Mió, grown at Brazil’s award-winning Mió Fazenda and roasted in small batches in our roastery. It’s a natural processed lot with a beautiful balance of body and acidity, delivering a sweet, clean cup with notes of maple syrup and candied orange.
It’s not instant coffee.
It just asks for slightly more effort — and rewards you massively for it.

Hook the bag over your mug, bloom with a little hot water, then top up and let it drip. Black or with milk — both work a treat.

Tried Cannon after searching on maps for a local coffee roaster. First order was their Brazil Mio Peaberry medium dark and from first pull it was an obvious step up from other beans I'd been using recently (and they were not bad by any means). Will continue to work my way through their selection but imagine I will regularly return to the Peaberry.

Popped in for some beans, recieved top class welcoming service and left with brilliant coffee. Took home the Brazil Mio PB (after trying it on espresso onsite) and Uganda Mt Elgon to try at home. As soon as i got back I made myself a moka pot and yes - the Ugandan has also been roasted beautifully. Will definitely be back soon. Nice one ☝🏼
