A Christmas coffee taster pack and THREE syrups - one cinnamon and the other a salted caramel flavour. Does that sound like Christmas to you? It does to us!
Four coffees - one of which is our special Christmas blend - of 150g each. That gives you 40 cups of coffee in total! On top of that, we're thowing in 3 syrups which is enough to get a whole family through Christmas. Enough variations to have you endlessly arguing over which combination is the best. Not that we're trying to encourage or excuse any more family arguments over the most wonderful time of the year... we'll leave that to you.
Remember to go easy with the syrups! The natural flavours, aromas and tastes of coffee can easily be disguised by smothering with syrup. We hope you are gentle with the addition of these lovely tasting syrups. Not only that but if you;re heavy handed with the syrups you'll burn through them in no time. Our favourite combination is Christmas blend with a salted caramel hint. Sometimes you just need a warming, spicy, caramely coffee - Christmas blend has all of that - the syrup just enhances it.
The usual pack:
The Christmas Blend - Tasting notes: As we've said before - this is a delightfully spicy and warming blend. It's got a touch of cinnamon, a lot of chocolate and spicy afternotes. Christmas on a stick - if not in a mug.
The Gunpowder Blend - with tasting notes of caramel, and coconut and a fruity, berry type aftertaste. The Gunpowder Blend is our signature blend - with low acidity but well balanced in its flavours and aromas.
The Brazil Fazenda Mio Single Origin - Tasting notes: Wonderful flavours of milk Chocolate praline, smooth caramel and sweet tangerine. Smooth bodied, with a perfect balance of body and acidity to leave you with a sweet, pleasant mouthfeel.
The Uganda Mount Elgon Single Origin - Tasting notes: Light body with medium acidity, and an exceptional sweetness. Strong notes of strawberry jam.

Tried Cannon after searching on maps for a local coffee roaster. First order was their Brazil Mio Peaberry medium dark and from first pull it was an obvious step up from other beans I'd been using recently (and they were not bad by any means). Will continue to work my way through their selection but imagine I will regularly return to the Peaberry.

Popped in for some beans, recieved top class welcoming service and left with brilliant coffee. Took home the Brazil Mio PB (after trying it on espresso onsite) and Uganda Mt Elgon to try at home. As soon as i got back I made myself a moka pot and yes - the Ugandan has also been roasted beautifully. Will definitely be back soon. Nice one ☝🏼
