Milk & Dark Hot Chocolate Beads – 47% Cocoa

A crowd-pleaser through and through. This blend brings together smooth milk chocolate and deeper dark chocolate for something that's creamy and comforting without tipping into overly sweet — notes of almond, toasted flakes and red berries come through as it melts. It's the same chocolate we use in the roastery, and it's brilliant stirred through a mocha if you're a coffee drinker too.

Suitable for vegetarians. Melt into warm milk and froth for the full café experience at home.

Ingredients: Cocoa Solids 47% minimum (Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter), Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Skimmed MilkPowder, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavouring.

Tried Cannon after searching on maps for a local coffee roaster. First order was their Brazil Mio Peaberry medium dark and from first pull it was an obvious step up from other beans I'd been using recently (and they were not bad by any means). Will continue to work my way through their selection but imagine I will regularly return to the Peaberry.

Popped in for some beans, recieved top class welcoming service and left with brilliant coffee. Took home the Brazil Mio PB (after trying it on espresso onsite) and Uganda Mt Elgon to try at home. As soon as i got back I made myself a moka pot and yes - the Ugandan has also been roasted beautifully. Will definitely be back soon. Nice one ☝🏼
