The Espresso Gear Coffee Vacuum Can – because why let your coffee beans suffer the indignity of being stored in a normal container when you can trap them in a vacuum-sealed tomb, as if your beans are the most fragile, precious cargo to ever exist? It’s like a tiny, upscale space capsule for your coffee, except instead of launching it to Mars, you’re just putting it on a shelf in your cupboard. But blimey -it works!
Keep coffee beans or ground coffee or even tea super fresh. The mechanism works by simply pressing the button on the cap, which forces air out and creates a perfect seal. Ideal for home use, small cafes, sending samples or cupping sessions

Tried Cannon after searching on maps for a local coffee roaster. First order was their Brazil Mio Peaberry medium dark and from first pull it was an obvious step up from other beans I'd been using recently (and they were not bad by any means). Will continue to work my way through their selection but imagine I will regularly return to the Peaberry.

Popped in for some beans, recieved top class welcoming service and left with brilliant coffee. Took home the Brazil Mio PB (after trying it on espresso onsite) and Uganda Mt Elgon to try at home. As soon as i got back I made myself a moka pot and yes - the Ugandan has also been roasted beautifully. Will definitely be back soon. Nice one ☝🏼
