From the famed hills of Yirgacheffe, this Grade 1 natural lot was produced at the Konga washing station, owned by Takele Mammo. Ripe cherries are traditionally sun-dried on raised African beds for 12–15 days, developing the signature clarity and vibrancy that define Ethiopia’s best naturals.
The Konga region has long been celebrated for its distinctive cup profiles — a product of high altitude, fertile soils, and generations of coffee-growing expertise. Expect a refined, aromatic cup with bright citrus, floral complexity, and soft chocolate sweetness — a quintessential expression of Yirgacheffe terroir.

Tried Cannon after searching on maps for a local coffee roaster. First order was their Brazil Mio Peaberry medium dark and from first pull it was an obvious step up from other beans I'd been using recently (and they were not bad by any means). Will continue to work my way through their selection but imagine I will regularly return to the Peaberry.

Popped in for some beans, recieved top class welcoming service and left with brilliant coffee. Took home the Brazil Mio PB (after trying it on espresso onsite) and Uganda Mt Elgon to try at home. As soon as i got back I made myself a moka pot and yes - the Ugandan has also been roasted beautifully. Will definitely be back soon. Nice one ☝🏼
