This really is a lovely bit of kit.  We've blogged about this in our blog posts and we also gave one away to a valued Customer as we really couldn't justify keeping it in the office.  It will take you a little while, and several goes to get this right but once you do, it will brew superb coffee AND make you look like a genius whilst doing it.  

A great design, looking good in any kitchen or coffee brew station.  This is the pinnacle of home brewing.  You will also find this in proper coffee shops - with baristas who really know what they are talking about.  

Combining total immersion and a cloth or paper filter, the Technica syphon brewer uses vapour and vacuum forces to extract more coffee flavour and less bitterness from each brew, resulting in clean, crisp and smooth coffee. This is a piece of equipment that looks super complicated but is in fact easy to use. Very much a "hands-on" brewing experience which also delivers great tasting coffee.  This is a great piece of equipment for coffee addicts at home; or for cafes looking to offer their customers something exciting and different.  And great fun to set up and brew.  Expect a crowd to gather round!
