Cold brew doesn't get much simpler than this. Add your coffee, add your water, pop it in the fridge and leave it to do its thing for 10–16 hours
No kit, no faff, just a smoother, sweeter, naturally low-acid coffee ready whenever you are. Perfect served over ice with milk, or straight up black.
The heatproof glass carafe comes with a permanent mesh filter built in, so there's nothing extra to buy or replace. 600ml of water and 80g of coffee grounds gives you 600ml of concentrate — dilute to taste, or drink it strong over ice.

- Uganda Mt Elgon — light roast, strawberry jam on toast, with an exceptional natural sweetness that cold brew brings to the fore beautifully. Best enjoyed black to really let those notes sing.

- Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira — nutty and chocolatey, with low acidity that gets even smoother over a long cold steep. Milk works with the Uganda too, but if you're adding milk, the Brazil is the better match.

Tried Cannon after searching on maps for a local coffee roaster. First order was their Brazil Mio Peaberry medium dark and from first pull it was an obvious step up from other beans I'd been using recently (and they were not bad by any means). Will continue to work my way through their selection but imagine I will regularly return to the Peaberry.

Popped in for some beans, recieved top class welcoming service and left with brilliant coffee. Took home the Brazil Mio PB (after trying it on espresso onsite) and Uganda Mt Elgon to try at home. As soon as i got back I made myself a moka pot and yes - the Ugandan has also been roasted beautifully. Will definitely be back soon. Nice one ☝🏼
