Grown at 1,350 metres, this coffee is naturally processed on raised beds with an extended anaerobic cherry fermentation, resulting in a clean, complex cup with layered sweetness and depth.

The Peralta family’s coffee legacy stretches back to the early 20th century. Since 2008, they’ve become known for their commitment to specialty microlots, exploring controlled fermentations and unique varietal separations that highlight Nicaragua’s evolving coffee landscape.
