If you're not happy with our coffee - our Refund Policy

Below is how we regard any requests for refunds. In other words this is our Refund Policy!  It's a legal requirement, but in Plain English if you're really not happy with our coffee or how it has arrived - drop us a line and we're confident we can resolve your issue quickly.  Since coffee is regarded as a food item - it becomes tricky if we're asked to refund, replace it.  In all our years of shipping coffee around the UK and beyond - there has never been a problem with the coffee itself.  Any issue is usually related to an issue with the packaging.  Occasionally, we find that the coffee bag has not sealed 

Our chosen courier of smaller parcels is Royal Mail. 

Shipping costs are calculated based in location, service and weight.

f you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  As we say - let us know if you're not happy or something has happened in transit, and we're sure we can come to a happy ending.

Product Returns

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If the products if returned due to fault of Cannon Coffee Ltd, we will also refund shipping costs. 

If returned due to customer error, e.g. ordered by mistake, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Coffee Returns

Due to coffee being roasted to order, we cannot accept returns for coffee orders unless it is clearly a production issue.

If you have an issue with your coffee delivery please get in touch and we will try our best to resolve it.  We usually can.
